The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 35, line 1, before the word “Licenses” by inserting the words “Effective January 1, 2026,”

And,

On page 2 section 35, line 2, by striking out the following: “the last day of the month in which the licensee was born” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “the date purchased”.
